Shipping
We offer shipping to domestic and international locations.
All U.S. orders of $75 or more receive free shipping.
Orders are typically shipped 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Average shipping time is in the U.S. is 5 business days. International shipping times vary by location. You may choose expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
A note on Christmas and winter holiday shipping times: Orders placed after December 18, 2022 are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. If you would like to pay an additional fee for express shipping or arrange local pickup in Burlington, NC, email us at hello@solidstate.clothing and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free domestic returns or exchanges for items in new, unwashed, unworn condition. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Purchases of discounted items and gift boxes are final. These products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must be returned in original packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, email hello@solidstate.clothing and include your order number and reason for return. We will then issue you a return shipping label. Your refund will be processed after your item has been returned and inspected. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.
To initiate an exchange, email hello@solidstate.clothing and include your order number and the product you would like to exchange for the item you previously purchased. We will then issue you a return shipping label.
